What this site collects, why, and how to exercise your rights. This page refers to Moroccan law 09-08.
Data controller

Data collected
Through the contact form: name, email address, nature of the request, message, and optionally the project concerned, company or fund, budget and timeline. The email received also carries technical information: language, source page, browser (user agent) and an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address. The IP address itself is never stored.
Purpose
To answer your request and follow up on it. Data is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Retention
Messages stay in Issam TBAILI's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and its follow-up. The IP fingerprint is used only to limit abusive submissions.
Recipients
The message is read only by Issam TBAILI. It transits through the Titan email provider, which hosts the issam@tbaili.com mailbox. WhatsApp and LinkedIn links lead to third-party services with their own policies.
Your rights
Under law 09-08 you have the right of access, rectification and objection. To exercise them, write to issam@tbaili.com.
Supervisory authority
The CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel) is the Moroccan authority in charge of enforcing law 09-08.
