Adom
Home services marketplace and tradesperson-client matching platform.
The story
The problem
Finding a reliable plumber, electrician, or repair person is often a daunting task. Word-of-mouth has its limits, and traditional directories offer no guarantees regarding service quality or tradesperson availability.
The spark
The idea was to create a seamless Business-to-Consumer marketplace. To quickly test this hypothesis in the market, I prioritized SaaS and No-Code Development using Bubble. This approach allowed us to release a comprehensive MVP (Minimum Viable Product) featuring profile management, a review system, and integrated messaging in record time.
The build
The creation of Adom centered around three main axes:
- Geolocation & Matching: I implemented algorithms to match a customer's request with the nearest available tradesperson, utilizing Bubble's native API integrations.
- Growth Strategy: To acquire users organically, I applied my Product Growth methods, focusing on UX (User Experience) to maximize conversion rates and optimizing the SEO structure so that tradesperson profiles rank highly in local search engines.
- Analytics Dashboard: To track marketplace KPIs (GMV, quote acceptance rates), I integrated Data BI tools, enabling precise business management.
Today
Adom continues to grow by connecting dozens of service providers with demanding clients on a daily basis across 13 (Source: source, checked on September 29, 2026) cities. The average hourly rate observed on the platform is 40–150 DH (Source: source, checked on September 29, 2026). The agile architecture allows for the rapid addition of new service categories, while the organic Growth strategy ensures a continuous flow of new requests.
