The story

The problem

Private schools in Morocco often use a multitude of disconnected tools to manage their operations: an Excel file for billing, heavy legacy software for grades, and WhatsApp groups for communicating with parents. The result: delayed tuition payments, an overwhelming administrative burden, and recurring data losses.

The spark

Having strong expertise in Digitalization and Automation, I saw the opportunity to create a centralized cloud ERP. I architected Scolarité Plus as a true multi-tenant SaaS product.

The main challenge was the complex management of relational data (students, parents, classes, teachers, invoices). Leveraging my background in Oracle and SQL databases, I modeled a robust data schema. The SaaS development combined a high-performance back-end to process thousands of daily operations with a fluid user interface.

The build

Creating this ERP involved multiple technical dimensions:

• Financial Modules: Leveraging my skills in Finance and Compliance, I developed an automated billing engine managing monthly fees, registration fees, and payment reminders.
• Data & Business Intelligence: School directors have access to an executive dashboard (BI) developed with advanced analytical logic (akin to Power BI) to visualize the school's financial health and absenteeism rates in real-time.
• User Portals (React/Web): Specific interfaces (parent portal, teacher workspace) were designed to reduce friction and improve communication.

Today

Scolarité Plus manages the education of thousands of students. The solution saves school directors dozens of hours per month and significantly accelerates cash collection. Pricing starts at 250 DH per month, depending on the school's size.
