I am Issam Tbaili, based in Rabat, Morocco. As a Venture Builder and full-stack developer, I design, build, and operate end-to-end SaaS and FinTech ecosystems.

My philosophy is rooted in pragmatism: choosing the right technology to solve the right problem, whether that means deploying an MVP rapidly to validate a market or architecting a robust, scalable enterprise application.

A Hybrid Background: Finance, Data & Software Engineering

Before founding my own products such as Scolarité Plus, Adom, and Veydi, my career stood at the intersection of finance and technology. My background includes managing complex accounting controls (AWB) and handling regulatory compliance projects (Bank Al-Maghrib). This dual expertise allows me to deeply understand my clients' business challenges while mastering the technical execution.

My Technical Stack & Expertise

My technological arsenal covers the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to production:

• Web Development & Engineering: Originally coming from Oracle, Java, and PL/SQL, I have specialized in modern web architectures using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and cloud backends with Supabase.
• No-Code & Low-Code (10 years of experience): I am a Bubble expert, capable of building complex, scalable applications in record time for rapid go-to-market strategies and business process digitization.
• Data, BI & Analytics: Data exploitation is at the core of my projects. I use Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python to create interactive dashboards and model complex databases.
• CRM & Business Analysis: As a certified Salesforce Business Analyst, I align business processes with CRM platforms to maximize growth and efficiency.
• AI & Automation: I integrate artificial intelligence directly into development workflows (AI-assisted coding) and end products. (Claude Code certification currently in progress).
• Finance & Sharia Compliance: Deep domain expertise in financial engineering and Islamic compliance (Sharia compliance, certification in progress), which is essential for the FinTech sector in Morocco and internationally.
